Touch Tako はどんなアプリですか？
たこのキャラクターと一緒に、こどもがタッチタイピング（ブラインドタッチ）を練習できる Mac 用アプリです。ホームポジションから始め、単語・短い文へと少しずつ進みます。
対応言語は？
日本語・英語・簡体字中国語に対応し、アプリ内でいつでも切り替えられます。日本語はかな（漢字＋ふりがな）を見ながらローマ字入力、中国語は漢字＋ピンインを見ながらピンイン入力で練習できます。各言語に小学生レベルまでの34レッスン以上を収録しています。
インターネット接続は必要ですか？
いいえ。学習はすべて端末内で動作し、オフラインで使えます。購入・復元のときだけ App Store と通信します。
無料で使えますか？料金は？
ダウンロードは無料です。最初の7日間はすべてのレッスン・機能を無料でお試しいただけます。試用後も最初の12レッスンはずっと無料でお使いいただけ、残りのレッスンは買い切りのアプリ内課金（米国 US$9.99 基準・各地域は Apple が自動換算、日本 約¥1,500）で解除できます。1回のお支払いで、以降ずっとお使いいただけます。
サブスクリプションですか？解約は必要？
サブスクリプションではありません。買い切り（1回のお支払い）なので、自動更新はなく、解約の手続きも不要です。
※ 以前のバージョンで月額プランをご契約いただいていた方は、そのまま全レッスンをお使いいただけます（追加のお支払いは不要です）。月額プランの解約は Mac の「システム設定 ▸ ご自身の名前（Apple ID） ▸ メディアと購入 ▸ サブスクリプションを管理」から行えます。
Mac を買い替えました。もう一度購入が必要？
必要ありません。同じ Apple ID であれば、アプリ内の購入画面または「保護者向け設定」から「購入を復元」をタップすると元に戻ります。
返金してほしいのですが
アプリ内課金の返金は Apple が受け付けています。reportaproblem.apple.com からご申請ください。
設定や購入の画面に入れません
お子様の誤操作を防ぐため、設定・購入の前に保護者の方向けの簡単な計算（保護者ゲート）を設けています。表示された式の答えを入力してください。

What is Touch Tako?
A Mac app where kids practice touch typing with a friendly octopus. It starts at the home row and gradually builds up to words and short sentences.
Which languages are supported?
Japanese, English, and Simplified Chinese, switchable anytime in-app. In Japanese you read kana (with kanji + furigana) and type romaji; in Chinese you read 汉字 with pinyin and type pinyin. Each language includes 34+ lessons up to an elementary-school level.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. All learning runs on-device and works offline. The App only talks to the App Store for purchases and restores.
Is it free? What does it cost?
The app is free to download. For the first 7 days, every lesson and feature is unlocked. After the trial, the first 12 lessons stay free forever; the remaining lessons unlock with a one-time purchase (US$9.99 base, converted per region by Apple). You pay once and keep it.
Is it a subscription? Do I need to cancel?
No — it is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Note: if you subscribed on an earlier version, you keep full access at no extra cost. That old monthly plan can be canceled via System Settings ▸ your name (Apple ID) ▸ Media & Purchases ▸ Manage Subscriptions.
I got a new Mac. Do I have to buy it again?
No. On the same Apple ID, tap "Restore purchase" on the purchase screen or in the parents' Settings screen.
I'd like a refund
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Please request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I can't open Settings or the purchase screen
To prevent accidental taps by children, a simple arithmetic "parental gate" appears before Settings and purchases. Enter the answer to the shown problem.

应用免费下载。前 7 天可解锁全部课程与功能试用。试用结束后，第 1～12 节课程永久免费，其余课程通过一次性买断内购（美国 US$9.99 基准，各地区由 Apple 自动换算）解锁。一次付费，永久使用。
这是订阅吗？需要取消吗？
不是订阅，是一次性买断。不会自动续费，也无需取消。
※ 若你在旧版本订阅过，可继续使用全部课程，无需再次付费；旧的月付订阅可在 Mac 的「系统设置 ▸ 你的名字（Apple ID） ▸ 媒体与购买项目 ▸ 管理订阅」中取消。
换了新电脑，需要重新购买吗？
不需要。使用同一个 Apple ID，在购买界面或「家长设置」里点「恢复购买」即可找回。
